About Me
I am a registerd member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am a qualified Person Centered Therapist and I draw on a range of techniques tailored to meet your needs.
Previously, I have worked for charitable organisations, Northamptonshire Mind and Child & Adolescent Bereavement Services (CABS) through Northampton General Hospital – NHS Trust in a voluntary capacity.
I help clients with a range of issues, including but not exclusively: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low self worth, trauma, abuse, personality disorder, bereavement and loss, divorce, separation and relationships.
I support clients struggling through various life challenges that can cause emotional distress, family conflict, work related issues, job loss, financial worries, health fears, physical pain and disability.
